Ingredients
- 1 bottle of iKi Beer (chilled)
- 2 oz lime juice (freshly squeezed)
- 2 dashes of hot sauce (Tabasco or your favorite brand)
- 2 dashes of Worcestershire sauce
- A pinch of salt and ground black pepper
- Ice
- Lime wedge (for garnish)
- Tajín seasoning (optional, for the rim)
Instructions
Prepare the glass: If you like, rim a tall glass with lime and Tajín seasoning for an extra zing.
Combine the ingredients: In the glass, add lime juice, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir gently.
Add ice: Fill the glass with ice cubes.
Pour Iki Beer: Slowly pour the chilled iKi Beer into the glass over the ice and seasonings.
Garnish: Add a lime wedge for a pop of color and a burst of citrus aroma.
