iKi Zutuki by Ushake
In collaboration with Ushake, a cocktail company specialist in designing concepts for cocktails. In 2007, this cocktail was specially designed for an event called Bar: nl, the newly designed cocktail was called 'iKi Zutuki'.
Ingredients
- iKi Beer Yuzu
- 35 ml Gin
- 3 ml Vinegar
iKi Beer brewed with green tea and Japanese Yuzu fruit and a glass of Zutuki, prepared from vinegar. The touch of vinegar in the iKi Zutuki opens your taste buds, for an even more intense experience of the iKi Beer.
