Paleo-friendly sushi rolls
Ingredients:
- sushi nori sheets
- fresh salmon
- avocado
- lettuce
- fresh mango
- cucumber
- chia seeds
- soy sauce
- wasabi
Preparartion:
Slice the ingredients to strips. Wet your sushi nori on a mat and place the lettuce and other ingredients neatly on it.
Add the chia seeds and let them stick to the moist ingredients. Roll with the help of a bamboo mat and slice.
Voilá! Enjoy the fresh taste with a bottle of iKi Beer with green tea!
